STEP ONE: MEASURE YOUR FACE

Measure from the sides of your face across the bridge of your nose to determine the best width for your face.

Then, measure from the bridge of your nose to under your chin to determine the size you need to cover your nose and mouth with enough to anchor the mask under your chin.
